Terms and Conditions for Enrollment at eSaral Learning App for JEE/NEET/Class 8-10 Preparation Course
JEE Mains & Advanced- Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory for optimal learning and progress. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and follow timetable punctually.
- Code of Conduct: Students must adhere to the institute's code of conduct, refraining from any disruptive behavior, disrespect towards faculty or peers, or any actions detrimental to the learning environment.
- Discipline: Any disciplinary issues, including academic misconduct or behavioral infractions, will be addressed as per institute policies, which may result in warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the program.
- Communication: All official communications, including notices, announcements, and updates, will be conveyed through the institute's designated channels. Students are responsible for regularly checking and responding to institute communications.
- Academic Integrity: Students must uphold academic integrity principles, refraining from plagiarism, cheating, or any other form of academic dishonesty.
- Health and Wellness: Students are encouraged to maintain their physical and mental well-being. The institute may provide support services or resources to assist students in this regard.
- Parent/Guardian Communication: For students under the age of 18, regular communication with parents or guardians regarding academic progress and institute-related matters is encouraged.
- Fee Refund: Given the nature of the eSaral Learning App for JEE/NEET/Class 8-10 Preparation Course, refunds will not be provided.
- Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from enrollment or participation in the program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of KOTA (Rajasthan) only.
