$\Rightarrow \frac{-2 x+3}{x-1} \leq 0$

$\Rightarrow \frac{2 x-3}{x-1} \geq 0$

$\therefore x \in(-\infty, 1) \cup\left[\frac{3}{2}, \infty\right)$
