$\Rightarrow 15 y-60-2 y+18+5 y+30=0$
$\Rightarrow 15 y-2 y+5 y-60+18+30=0$
$\Rightarrow 18 y-12=0$
$\Rightarrow 18 y=12$
$\Rightarrow y=\frac{12}{18}=\frac{2}{3}$
$\therefore y=\frac{2}{3}$
