S.P of saree $=$ Rs. 1147
Loss $=\mathrm{CP}-\mathrm{SP}$
Loss $=$ Rs. $(1240-1147)$
$=$ Rs. 93
loss $\%=\left(\frac{\text { loss } \times 100}{\text { C.P. }}\right)$
$=\left(\frac{93 \times 100}{1240}\right)$
$=7.5 \%$
