Prove that: n! (n + 2) = n! + (n + 1)!

Question:

Prove that: n! (n + 2) = n! + (n + 1)!

Solution:

RHS = n! + (n + 1)!

=  n! + (n + 1)(n!)

= n! ( 1+ n + 1)

= n! (n+2) = LHS

Hence, proved.
