Solution:
CP of the iron safe = ₹12,160
Money spent on transportation = ₹340
Total CP = ₹12,160 + ₹340 = ₹12,500
SP of the iron safe = ₹12,875
Profit = SP − CP = ₹12,875 − ₹12,500 = ₹375
$\therefore$ Profit\% $=\frac{\text { Profit }}{\text { CP }} \times 100 \%=\frac{375}{12500} \times 100 \%=3 \%$
