Poverty and illiteracy are the two main factors that make people in India superstitious. So, we must first overcome these factors in order to remove the superstitious and obscurantist attitudes. To be able to have a scientific approach, everyone should be educated. Knowledge of science can be used to prove the superstition of people wrong by showing them the logic behind everything that happens in the world.
