Solution:

$\mathrm{pH}=\mathrm{pKa}+\log \frac{[\mathrm{CB}]}{[\mathrm{WA}]}$

$5.74=4.74+\log \frac{[\mathrm{CB}]}{1}$

$\Rightarrow[\mathrm{CB}]=10 \mathrm{M}$
