If o three-digit number abc is divisible by 11, then——–is either 0 or multiple of 11.

Solution:

(a+c)-b

Since, abc is divisible by 11, the difference of sum of its digits at odd places and that of even places is either zero or multiple of 11, i.e. (a + c) – b is

either zero or multiple of 11.
