Solution:

$\mathrm{i}=\frac{10 \mathrm{~V}}{5 \mathrm{k} \Omega}=2 \mathrm{~mA}$

$\mathrm{I}=\frac{14 \mathrm{~V}}{1 \mathrm{k} \Omega}=14 \mathrm{~mA}$

$\therefore \mathrm{I}_{\mathrm{z}}=12 \mathrm{~mA}$

$\therefore \mathrm{P}=\mathrm{I}_{\mathrm{z}} \mathrm{V}_{\mathrm{z}}=120 \mathrm{~mW}$

Ans. 120
