Find the value of the expression

Question:

Find the value of the expression $\left(36 x^{2}+25 y^{2}-60 x y\right)$, when $x=\frac{2}{3}$ and $y=\frac{1}{5}$

Solution:

$\left(36 x^{2}+25 y^{2}-60 x y\right)$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{2}{3}, y=\frac{1}{5}$

$=(6 x)^{2}+(5 y)^{2}-2(6 x)(5 y)$

$=(6 x-5 y)^{2}$

$=\left(6\left(\frac{2}{3}\right)-5\left(\frac{1}{5}\right)\right)^{2}$

$=(4-1)^{2}$

$=(3)^{2}$

$\Rightarrow 9$
