Solution:

(c) $(2 x+3)(2 x-1)$

$4 x^{2}+4 x-3=4 x^{2}+6 x-2 x-3$

$=2 x(2 x+3)-1(2 x+3)$

$=(2 x+3)(2 x-1)$
