Factorise:16x2 − 24x + 9
We have:
$16 x^{2}-24 x+9=(4 x)^{2}-2 \times 4 x \times 3+(3)^{2}$
$=(4 x-3)^{2}$
$\therefore 16 x^{2}-24 x+9=(4 x-3)^{2}$
