$=x^{2}-4 \sqrt{3} x+2 \sqrt{3} x-24$

$=x(x-4 \sqrt{3})+2 \sqrt{3}(x-4 \sqrt{3})$

$=(x-4 \sqrt{3})(x+2 \sqrt{3})$
