Factorise:9 + 6z + z2
We have:
$9+6 z+z^{2}=z^{2}+6 z+9$
$=z^{2}+2 \times x \times 3+(3)^{2}$
$=(z+3)^{2}$
$\therefore 9+6 z+z^{2}=(z+3)^{2}$
