$=x^{2}-4 \sqrt{5} x+\sqrt{5} x-20$
$=x(x-4 \sqrt{5})+\sqrt{5}(x-4 \sqrt{5})$
$=(x-4 \sqrt{5})(x+\sqrt{5})$
