$=x^{2}+2 \sqrt{3} x+\sqrt{3} x+6$
$=x(x+2 \sqrt{3})+\sqrt{3}(x+2 \sqrt{3})$
$=(x+2 \sqrt{3})(x+\sqrt{3})$
