Question:
Compute $P(A \mid B)$, if $P(B)=0.5$ and $P(A \cap B)=0.32$
Solution:
It is given that $P(B)=0.5$ and $P(A \cap B)=0.32$
$\Rightarrow \mathrm{P}\left(\frac{\mathrm{A}}{\mathrm{B}}\right)=\frac{\mathrm{P}(\mathrm{A} \cap \mathrm{B})}{\mathrm{P}(\mathrm{B})}=\frac{0.32}{0.5}=\frac{16}{25}$
