Solution:

(c) $\frac{1}{3}$

Explanation:
Total possible outcomes = Total number of balls

$=(3+4+5)=12$

Total number of balls that are non-black and non-white  = 4

$\therefore P$ (getting a ball that is neither black nor white) $=\frac{4}{12}=\frac{1}{3}$
