The application deadline for NEET 2024 has been extended till March 16, 2024. There isn't an offline application mode accessible. NTA has created a new website, neet.ntaonline.in, for NEET 2024 Registration. Step 1: First Register yourself on neet.nta.nic.in by clicking on the button ‘New registration’ link. Read the instructions very carefully given on the website and proceed to fill out the form. Fill in your basic details to get your registration number and generate a password.
Step 2: Once you have completed the registration process, click on the 'Complete registration'.
Step 3: Fill up the details such as your personal information, aadhar card number, exam centre, academic details, and so on.
Step 4: Once you are done with all the details filled in, a pop up notification to review the details will appear on your screen. Click on the particulars to confirm the verification.
Step 5: Once the verification process is completed on your end, now you are all set to proceed to upload the documents in the correct size and format.
Step 6: Once all the above steps have been completed, go to pay the application fee for NEET 2024 exam.

Use Debit/Credit/Net banking or Unified Payment Interface (UPI) with designated banks.
Step 7: After you have submitted the registration, make sure that you take a print out of the NEET registration 2024.

After successful payment, a confirmation page or acknowledgment receipt will be generated.

Documents that must be retained till NEET UG Admission 2024

NEET Correction Window 2024
The correction window of NEET UG 2024 allows aspirants to make the required changes in the particulars, choice of exam centres, photographs, signature, and hand thumb impression. The details filled in the NEET 2024 correction window must be correct as the details once filled cannot be changed in future. After editing the details in the NEET correction window, an One Time Password (OTP) is sent to your registered mobile number and email ID so to help the aspirants, a step-by-step guide to using the correction window for NEET 2024 is given down below.

Step 6: This is the final step of the NEET 2024 correction window. After submitting the edited details, aspirants are advised to take a printout of the correction slip by clicking on 'click here to print this page for future uses'.

In case of a change in category, aspirants will need to pay the additional fee. It is to be noted that the NEET 2024 application fee can only be submitted online through net banking or debit cards on or before the last date of the NEET 2024 correction window.
