Area of a Triangle - by Heron’s Formula |
-
Area of a Triangle - by Heron’s Formula - Heron's formula is a method for finding the area of three-sided triangles. It can also be used to determine the area of a quadrilateral by dividing it into two triangles, along its diagonal.
The formula of area of a triangle is defined by heron and it is also known as Heron's formula.
Area of Triangle = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c
s = Perimeter of triangle/2
s = (a+b+c)/2
where a, b and c are the sides of the triangle and ‘s’ is the semiperimeter.
Perimeter = The perimeter of a rectangle is the sum of its all sides.
