They have mentioned the expected dates for various events, such as releasing admit cards and starting the registration process. The IIT JEE Main exam will be held in two sessions.
For session 1, the registration process will start in March 2025 and end in April 2025. And for session 2, the registration process will begin in June 2025 and close by the end of June 2025. The tentative dates for opening the correction window are also given.
Regarding the admit card, it is expected to be available in June 2025 for session 1 and July 2025 for session 2. To download the JEE Main 2025 admit card, students need to visit the NTA website and log in using their application number, password, and date of birth. After downloading, they should keep a printed copy for future reference. It's important to check all the details on the admit card carefully. If any mistakes are found, students should inform the authorities before the exams start, so the issues can be corrected in time.
JEE Main 2025 Admit Card Release Date
The tentative dates for conducting JEE Main 2025 exams are, session 1 is expected to be scheduled from 23rd June to 29th June 2025 and session 2 is expected to schedule from 25th July to 30th July 2025. JEE Main 2025 Admit Card - Important Points to be Considered
- Admit cards for JEE Main 2025 will be released singly for each session.
- No hard copy of admit card will be sent by the authority. Admit cards should be downloaded and the student himself shall take printouts of the same.
- Students who have not filled out the application correctly or made mistakes while applying are not eligible for the issue of admit card.
- Entry at the exam center will be allowed to those who carry admit cards with them
How To Download JEE Main 2025 Admit Card? Steps To Be Followed.
- Visit the official site of the National Testing Authority (NTA), jeemain.nic.in, and select “download the admit card link”.
- Now enter the credentials like, the application number, date of birth, and security pin (password).
- When the entered credentials are correct, the admit card for the respective session will appear on the screen.
- Now students should download the admit card and take the printout for future reference.
- Duly filled-in admit cards and self-declaration shall be downloaded by students from the NTA website.
Documents Required at the Examination Centre
- Proper printouts of JEE Main 2025 admit card.
- For pasting on the attendance sheet passport-size photographs of students are required.
- Id proof of students like an Aadhar card, PAN card, Driving license, etc., are to be carried along with the admit card.

A. Firstly visit the link jeemain.nic.in/jeemainapp/root/loginpage.aspx and select “I can’t Access my account”. Choose from the given option-I forgot my application number

B. When the response is submitted students will encounter the below-mentioned option:- - Security Code - This question is chosen by the student at the time of registration for the exam.
- Verification code - This is sent to the registered mobile number of the student.
- Reset link - This is sent to the registered email id of the student.

Changes in JEE Main Exam Pattern
- In place of paper 1 and paper 2, there will be separate papers for B.E/B.Tech., B.Arch, B.Plan.
- B.E./B.Tech paper- 90 Questions, B.Arch paper - 82 questions, and B.Planning paper- 105 questions.
- There will be two types of questions 1) numerical questions and 2) MCQs.
